I must say that the course was very professionally conducted and meticulously organised. The trainer was very experienced. Not only was he able to convey the lessons effectively, he also shared many personal experiences and provided inspiration to the class. PDA has much experience in organising courses like this, as they have efficiently facilitated the arrangements throughout, including documentation needed for the CITREP claim. Personally, I find it a very enriching experience. I see that I can apply what I learned from the class on my current job. With the certification, I am a more confident project manager and I have also made a number of friends from the class.

An excellent delivery of the ITIL Foundation course by DLJ, our course trainer. He was very good and the information presented was both informative and helpful. The material covered was excellent with real-world experiences being shared with the class. The 3-days course was one of the best training course I have attended in years and will certainly look forward to attend many more professional courses with PDA in the near future.
